Expectations of therapy: ‘hypnomirror’ provides in-clinic consultations (one on one) as well as online psychotherapy, counselling, hypnosis sessions through video/telephonic, depending on your preferences. When under my therapy, you have given me your consent and in agreement to undergo a line of tailor made, individualized treatments designed exclusively by me, and upgraded, modified, changed whenever suitable during progression of such treatments. These are designed to help you gain the most benefit and not doing these is likely to reduce the effectiveness of your results. I may well be able to give you a fair assessment of how much improvement you can expect and how many sessions may be needed by the end of the initial consultation but if the problem is more complex then we will jointly review progress from time to time. While I am committed to bring 100% of my effort and skill to the therapeutic process, however, as with all practices, results may vary between individuals- depending upon a lot of external factors albeit my efforts.
